The current website technology disclosures do not identify a confirmed behavioral advertising pixel or remarketing platform on RedeemedTax.com.
If Redeemed Tax and Financials later implements technology that constitutes “sharing” under the CCPA, applicable notices and opt-out mechanisms will be updated as required.

Where the CCPA applies, a California resident may have the right to request information about personal information collected, used, disclosed, sold, or shared by the business.
Applicable limitations, verification requirements, and exemptions may apply.
10. Right to Access Specific Information
Where applicable, you may have the right to request access to specific eligible personal information maintained about you.
Certain information may not be disclosed in response to a request where disclosure would create a security risk or is prohibited by law.
For example, applicable law may restrict disclosure of complete Social Security numbers, account credentials, or other particularly sensitive information through an ordinary privacy-response process.
11. Right to Correct
Where applicable, you may request correction of inaccurate personal information maintained by Redeemed Tax and Financials.
A correction to information in our client records does not necessarily change a tax return that has already been filed.
If a filed tax return requires correction, a separate amended-return process may be required.

Where applicable, you may request deletion of eligible personal information.
We may deny or limit deletion where information must or may be retained to:

Redeemed Tax and Financials does not sell tax-return information.
If RedeemedTax.com uses technology in the future that constitutes sale or sharing under California law, appropriate privacy controls will be provided as required.
14. Global Privacy Control
A qualifying Global Privacy Control signal can constitute a legally recognized request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for covered businesses.
Where Redeemed Tax and Financials is subject to that obligation and engages in applicable sale or sharing, qualifying browser preference signals will be honored as required.
15. Right to Limit Certain Uses of Sensitive Personal Information
Where the CCPA provides a right to limit use or disclosure of sensitive personal information, that right applies subject to statutory exceptions.
Redeemed Tax and Financials primarily uses sensitive taxpayer information for ordinary purposes necessary to provide tax preparation services, maintain security, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
16. Right to Non-Discrimination
Where applicable, Redeemed Tax and Financials will not unlawfully discriminate against a consumer for exercising a privacy right provided by California law.
17. Tax Information Governed by Other Laws
Tax preparation firms are subject to additional federal privacy and information-security requirements.
Certain nonpublic personal information may be governed by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and its implementing regulations.
Tax-return information may also be governed by Internal Revenue Code §7216 and related rules governing tax return preparers.
These laws may provide protections, restrictions, requirements, or exemptions that differ from the CCPA.
18. Notice at Collection
Where the CCPA requires a Notice at Collection, applicable consumers must be informed at or before the point of collection about categories of personal information being collected and the purposes for which the information will be used. California’s current regulations specifically contemplate placing such notice near online forms where consumers enter personal information.
