Elementor-related functionality may use browser storage, cookies, scripts, or similar technologies necessary to:
- Render website pages
- Support responsive layouts
- Maintain user-interface functionality
- Process site preferences
- Support forms or interactive components where enabled
- Maintain website performance
- Support security and technical operation
The specific technologies used can change as Elementor software is updated or website features are modified.
4. Website Contact Forms
RedeemedTax.com currently provides a general contact feature through which visitors may provide information such as their name, email address, subject, and message.
Cookies or technical information may be processed as necessary to operate, secure, or prevent abuse of website forms.
General contact forms are not intended for tax documents or highly sensitive taxpayer information.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, tax returns, bank account information, government identification documents, or other sensitive taxpayer information through a general contact form.
5. Drake Portals / SecureFilePro
Tax documents should be exchanged through the secure client portal provided through Drake Portals/SecureFilePro.
The SecureFilePro portal operates separately from the main RedeemedTax.com website.
When you access the portal, Drake Software may use cookies, browser storage, authentication technologies, security technologies, or other technologies necessary to:
- Authenticate users

- Protect accounts
- Process document uploads and downloads
- Provide portal functionality
- Prevent unauthorized activity
Cookies and technologies used on the Drake-operated portal are governed by Drake Software’s applicable privacy and cookie practices.
Redeemed Tax and Financials does not control all cookies placed directly by Drake on Drake-operated systems.

- User-interface preferences
- Display settings
- Form functionality
- Website interactions
8. Analytics Technologies
Redeemed Tax and Financials may use technical information generated by its website platform to maintain, troubleshoot, or understand website performance.
This Cookie Policy does not currently identify Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, or another standalone visitor-analytics platform as a confirmed RedeemedTax.com service.
If Redeemed Tax and Financials adds a separate analytics platform, this Cookie Policy should be updated to identify the provider and applicable cookie practices.
9. Advertising Technologies
This Cookie Policy does not currently identify Google Ads remarketing, Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or another behavioral advertising pixel as a confirmed RedeemedTax.com technology.
Redeemed Tax and Financials does not intentionally use tax-return information or documents submitted through SecureFilePro for behavioral advertising.
If advertising or remarketing technology is later added to RedeemedTax.com, our Cookie Policy and applicable consent or opt-out mechanisms should be updated accordingly.
10. Taxpayer Information
Cookies on the public RedeemedTax.com website are not intended to collect complete tax returns, Social Security numbers, banking information, or tax documents for tax preparation.

11. Your Cookie Choices
Your browser may allow you to:
- View stored cookies
- Delete cookies
- Block cookies
- Block third-party cookies
- Restrict browser storage
- Receive notifications before cookies are stored
Blocking necessary cookies may cause portions of the website to function incorrectly.
If RedeemedTax.com provides a cookie-preference interface, you may also use that interface to manage eligible non-essential technologies.
12. Global Privacy Control
Where Redeemed Tax and Financials is legally required to recognize an applicable browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, qualifying signals will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
If advertising or other technologies constituting a “sale” or “sharing” under California law are implemented in the future, corresponding opt-out controls should be configured before or when those technologies are enabled.
13. Do Not Track
Some browsers provide a “Do Not Track” signal.
Because there is not a universal legal or technical standard governing every use of Do Not Track, website behavior may vary depending on the technology involved.
Where a legally recognized preference signal applies, we will respond as required by applicable law.
14. Changes to Our Cookie Technologies
Website technology evolves.
We may add, remove, or update WordPress plugins, Elementor features, security technology, or other website services.
If those changes materially alter our use of cookies or tracking technologies, we may update this Cookie Policy and any applicable consent controls.
